Description

Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 qm groß und vollständig möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, -lampe, -stuhl). Im ganzen Haus ist W-Lan verfügbar (in den Nebenkosten inbegriffen). Mietinteressenten müssen (spätestens ab dem kommenden Wintersemester) an der Universität Marburg eingeschrieben sein! Das Zimmer ist im 1. Obergeschoss und hat ein eigenes Bad zur Verfügung. Zu unserem Studentenwohnheim zählen außerdem ein Fernsehzimmer (Sky ist vorhanden), eine Gemeinschaftsküche sowie großzügige Aufenthaltsräumlichkeiten und eine Theke. In unserer Waschküche sind eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie Wäscheständer vorhanden, die selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden können. Weiterhin gibt es einen kleinen Garten, der sich im Sommer wunderbar zum Grillen oder sonstigen Aktivitäten anbietet. Zentrale, jedoch gleichzeitig ruhige Lage in der Innenstadt. Ein Großteil der Universitätseinrichtungen und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können fußläufig innerhalb von max.10 Minuten schnell erreicht werden. Auch die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich keine 5 Minuten von uns entfernt. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe...
